Sharing knowledge in practice!
Today we successfully trained 21 participants from the PERSONA Association, the Parents’ Council and theachers from Polish School at the Embassy of the Republic of Poland named after John Paul II in Reykjavík.
During the workshop, we focused on ideas and tools related to green and intercultural project management, teamwork, and community engagement. The training was held by Anna Maria Tabaczyńska and Dariusz Rodak creating a space for collaboration and exchange of experiences.
What makes us especially proud is that the ideas developed during the session were immediately put into practice — we used them while planning and organizing our annual community picnic and festival.
This is exactly what Erasmus+ is about: learning, sharing, and applying knowledge in real life 💚
